Intigress is a growing, boutique digital marketing agency based in Bend, Oregon, specializing in SEO, CRO, and Paid Media. We partner with clients across various industries, including home builders, home services, nonprofits, and select eCommerce brands. We are looking to add a key player to our team for this new position.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Strategist to manage and optimize client advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role involves hands-on account management, pacing and budget oversight, keyword research, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented & thrives in a remote, self-directed environment while maintaining strong communication with clients and our small internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including pacing, bidding, and budget allocation
• Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategy and structure
• Build and maintain campaign and account structures aligned with client goals and best practices
• Analyze campaign data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
• Prepare performance summaries and contribute to monthly client reviews
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment across channels (SEO, CRO, creative, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with clients via email and Google Meet to report results and discuss strategy

Tools/Software Used: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Workplace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Gmail, Slack

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Must be based in Oregon and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
• Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and a growth mindset
  • Agency experience or Google Ads/Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
